ShibShib is a casual cocktail lounge tucked away in Maynard Alley in Chinatown, between King and Weller — a hidden escape designed to feel worlds away from the city around it. Inspired by the warmth, energy, and nightlife of Beirut and Cairo, ShibShib brings together great drinks, flavorful snacks, music, conversation, and movement in a space built for gathering.

We created ShibShib as a place where people can stay late, be loud, meet strangers, reconnect with friends, and feel completely at ease. No velvet ropes, no stiff rules, no pretension — just a welcoming room filled with good cocktails, good food, and good energy.

At its core, ShibShib is a return to our creative roots through beverages and hospitality. It’s a place for artists, industry workers, neighbors, musicians, thinkers, and night owls to come together and share conversations about politics, food, art, culture, and everything in between.
